We do not offer refunds on services such as:

IT consultancy and support
Once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.
2. Hardware & Software Sales
We sell hardware and software products. Our policy for these is:

7-day return: You can return the item within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.

7-day refund: You can request a refund within 7 days for eligible products, subject to inspection.
Note: Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Custom Agreements & Contracts
For certain services, refund and return terms may be discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. These terms will be part of your contract or agreement.
