2. Services – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, we do not offer refunds for the following services:
- Domain name registration
- Web hosting services
- Website builder and website design services
- Business email services
- IT consultancy and technical support
Once a service has been purchased and activated, it is considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written custom agreement.
3. Hardware & Software Products
We also sell hardware and software products. The following conditions apply:
7-Day Return Policy
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included.
7-Day Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Custom Agreements & Contracts
For certain enterprise services, projects, or bulk purchases, refund and cancellation terms may be agreed upon separately in writing.
In such cases, the signed contract or service agreement will override this general Return & Refund Policy.

- Domain registrations after submission to the registry

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.
