Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LayerWire. We aim to provide quality services and products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Services – No Refund

We do not offer refunds on services such as:

• Domain name registration
• Web hosting
• Website builder and design
• Business emails
• IT consultancy and support

Once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.

2. Hardware & Software Sales

We sell hardware and software products. Our policy for these is:

• 7-day return: You can return the item within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.
• 7-day refund: You can request a refund within 7 days for eligible products, subject to inspection.

Note: Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Custom Agreements & Contracts

For certain services, refund and return terms may be discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. These terms will be part of your contract or agreement.

5. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Used or damaged products not due to our error
• Products returned after 7 days
• Services already delivered or in progress, unless agreed otherwise
